Thank you for choosing ThatBowThough for your handmade bow needs. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

2. **Order Process**

Orders can be placed online or in person by contacting ThatBowThough directly. A detailed description of your requested bow, including size, color, and design specifications, must be provided. The order is confirmed once payment has been received.

3. **Payment**

Payment for custom bows is required in full at the time of order placement. Payment can be made online. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. We do not accept cash.

4. **Customisation**

Each bow is made to order and customised to your specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, size, color, and design. We are not responsible for any discrepancies that may occur due to differences in computer screens, lighting, or image quality. 

5. **Production Time**

Our handmade bows are crafted with care and take time to create. The production time for your bow will be communicated at the time of order placement and will depend on the complexity of your request.

6. **Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable**

Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade bows, all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless there is a fault or damage to the bow upon receipt.

7. **Faults or Damage**

If you believe your bow is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will review your concerns and, if necessary, arrange for a return or exchange. We are not responsible for any damages that occur after the bow has been received and inspected.

8. **Shipping**

Shipping costs and delivery times will be communicated at the time of order placement.
